Small Cover - Double - Duplex 
The LDM11-12 model fits all standard duplex-style electrical outlets. The medium size 2" cover will fit over most household electrical plugs including table/floor lamps, stereo equipment, and small electrical appliances. The baseplate is mid-sized, allowing for cover-up of wall imperfections around the receptacle.
